We’re different to most accountancy practices in that we consider the lead up to your year end as being the most important time to discuss the preparation of your accounts and not afterwards.

Proactive rather than reactive

Around month 9 of your current year we’ll start working with you to look at how your business is performing to identify any potential Tax saving opportunities before the year end passes. By doing this you have a couple of months to implement the advice before it’s too late!

This includes sole traders, partnerships and limited companies!

We then aim to have business accounts prepared within 3 months of the year end so you can focus on moving ahead with your business.

What do we mean by a set of accounts?

Business annual accounts are the formal financial statements prepared at the end of your business’ financial year.

They summarise your income, expenses, assets and liabilities and must be filed with Companies House for Limited Companies and form an integral part of your Tax return if you’re self-employed.

Why is it important?

  1. Ensures compliance with legal and tax obligations
  2. Provides an accurate picture of your company’s financial health
  3. Used by lenders, investors and suppliers to assess your business
  4. Helps you plan strategically for growth

How we deliver this to clients

We prepare your annual accounts in line with the latest UK accounting standards, making sure deadlines are met and everything is accurate.

Alongside compliance, we’ll explain the numbers in plain English, highlighting key insights to help you improve profitability and cashflow.
